Bbands Stop is a forex trading indicator. This is a very useful tool for generating buy and sell signals. When the market is above Bband stop, it is a bullish signal and when the market is below Bband stop, this indicates a bearish signal.
Moving Average
This forex trading system consists of four moving averages in the indicator window. The main blue moving average moves faster while the other moving averages move slower. The crossover of these moving averages generate the confirmation signal.

- The market must rise in trend.
- The bband stop indicator will appear below the market.
- The blue moving average must pass above the moving average group.
- Place your buy position as soon as the conditions above are met.
- Set stop loss below the recent swing low.
- Take your profit when the Bband stop indicator appears above the market.

- The market must go down with the trend.
- The bband stop indicator will appear above the market.
- The blue moving average must cross below the moving average group.
- Place your short position as soon as the above conditions are met.
- Set stop loss above the recent swing high.
- Take your profit when the Bband stop indicator appears below the market.
